Hi. I visited your store today on Main Street in Fuquay Varina.    I want to give you guys some feedback because it seems that bad news travels fast in this country while good news is slow to spread. 

After I walked in to your store I was almost immediately greeted by Rob.  It was obvious to me that he wanted to help me in fact he answered every question I had and let me look at every gun I was interested in.  Never did I feel like he was in a rush to get to the next person in fact it was me who felt kind of quilty for taking up so much of his time.   It is because of Rob that I am now able to make an informed decision as to which gun I am going to purchase from you after I take the concealed carry class this month.

That brings up another subject....the concealed carry class.   Apparently someone in the store heard us talking about taking a concealed carry class so they went out of their way to make me and my friends aware of the concealed carry class that is taught by your store.   After learning about your concealed carry class the only question I have for myself is why am I going to pay $125 elsewhere and have to bring all I need to shoot when you guys PROVIDE EVERYTHING !!!

Anyway I just wanted to let you all know how pleased I am with your store and that you have won me over as a customer.   All I purchased today was ammo but I will be buying my pistol from you guys.

Dear Fuquay Gun,

    I'm a first time gun buyer who was in the area for the local gun show this weekend. While this gun show was ok, I was also refereed to your business by an acquaintance.  One of your employees, I believe his name was Morris, gave me a lot of information.  He told me about different brands of guns and bullets for them. He took the time to answer all the questions I had when he said something I didn't quite understand. One thing I really enjoyed learning was about personal defense rounds. He said he swears by them and recommended I look up online pictures of them. It really helps you see the difference. It's great to see a business have an employee who will take the time to serve customers, even ones who don't buy right on the spot.  Too many businesses seem to only want to deal with you if you're there to buy that day.  After just one visit to your store, I feel I gained a wealth of information that will make buying my first gun easier and I'll get a gun suited for me. To me, buying a gun isn't buying dinner, I'm buying something I plan on keeping for life. When I do buy, it'll be my first purchase and I'll be a lifelong customer of Fuquay Gun.

Great prices and great service by palex - I have bought around 6 guns here in the last 2 months. They can get you just about anything at a price which often beats the lowest internet price. But the internet guys will charge for shipping, a fee for using a credit card and then you have the FFL fee, so Fuquay Gun is the best deal around 99% of the time. The usually have the most popular guns in stock that other dealers say are 'unavailable'. If it sounds like I think Tommy and Clay are great you are right. P.A.‎

Fuquay gun is #1 in selection and customer service by m_comphel - I am impressed over and over again with the professional customer service, selection of weapons systems and knowledgeable staff. Whether it is something off the shelf or in a glass case, you have access to weapons and accessories with the staff willing to pull out just about anything for you to handle. I cannot afford to buy a gun a month, my father and I have bought 2 rifles and 3 handguns and many extras from this shop, our experiences have been excellent. If we have ever had an issue with something purchased, Clay, Tommy or any of the staff have personally helped us to rectify any situation (ex: installation of a rail system or changing out furniture) and done so with complete satisfaction. Going in this shop is like a trip to see a couple of your friends, there is no question my business is with Fuquay Gun 100%. When it comes to the gentleman that did have an issue, you would have to understand that you special ordered a gun, even if Clay told you he would take it back (which he did) he would have to sell it as used regardless if you had fired it because the serial number is attached to you and it would then be transferred to the next owner. He took a percentage off, but he could not sell it for the NIB price and therefore could not give you a straight refund. I have never had a communication issue with these guys, they are always straight shooters. M. Comphel

Fuquay Gun is the Best by gssf4me - I have been doing business with this store for 6 years and they offer the Best Serivice and Prices you will find in North Carolina, I have been to most of them! This store also gives discounts to law enforcement and GSSF members on Glocks not to mention the shelf price on most of their Glocks is less Than 500 new. They have hundreds of guns and enough accessories to keep me coming back every week not to mention if they dont have they will get it for you and are happy to do it. These folks know how to run a gun shop and make you feel comfortable and welcome. I even had a problem with a Taurus and they took care shipping and transfer fees. You will be more than satisfied with these guys they are Top Notch.

Great by experience by Brandon - Just wanted to say thanks for a great buying experience today. I came in wanting to buy either a PF9 or P11 Kel Tec, and spent about 30 minutes waffling around. All the staff was very patient, and extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing the PF9 I ended up going with. I'm a 1911 guy, so going small was tough for me, and I appreciate the great service and friendly demeanor of the staff. I've been to the other gun shop in Fuquay, and unless I was looking at a $500+ gun, I wasn't given the time of day. Not everyone has deep pockets, and it's nice to be treated like everyone else when buying a gun. Also - installing the belt clip while I waited, and at no cost was a nice touch. I am sold, I won't go anywhere else to buy a gun from here on out. Thanks for the great help. Wish I would have discovered you all earlier. Thanks again!
